EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Council to hold its 9th meeting

The ninth meeting of the EU-Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Council will be held on 5 December 2019 in Podgorica.

The meeting will be opened by Chief Negotiator Aleksandar Drljević and Head of the Unit for Montenegro in the European Commission's Directorate General for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Thomas Hagleitner. 

The meeting will focus on meeting the political and economic criteria for accession, progress in the negotiating chapters, as well as the implementation of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA).

The meeting will be held in the old Government building, starting at 9:00 am.
