DPM Simović opens Fair of Local Products: Diligent manufacturers win is another in series of wins at sports hall in Nikšić

Nikšić, Montenegro (20 December 2019) -- The VI New Year's Fair of Local Products started earlier today in Nikšić, bringing together over 250 exhibitors of traditional Montenegrin products this year, as well as souvenirs and handicrafts.

Opening the fair, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Milutin Simović, noted that this manifestation made a significant and symbolic stride.

"We moved from the narrow corridors of the Sports Centre to this spacious hall. A hall that has been recognised and that will remain a symbol of the many important victories that have taken place on this parquet floor. The victories of our national teams, both in basketball and handball, have led to the prestigious world competitions. The victories achieved on this parquet by local sports clubs, equally in basketball, handball, volleyball and martial arts recognisable for Nikšić," Deputy Prime Minister Simović pointed out.
