Published on: Feb 18, 2020 • 10:00 PM Author: PR Service
After the entry into force of the Rule book regulating the way of displaying, using and fabric composition of the Flag of Montenegro, all the necessary conditions were created for the full implementation of the Law on State Symbols and the Statehood Day. In this context, the Ministry of Culture has informed everyone who is obliged to apply these regulations. Accordingly, today we have called for the necessary actions to be carried out as soon as possible in order to fully implement the Law on State Symbols and the Statehood Day and the Rule book.
In the previous period, the Ministry of Culture has repeatedly warned state bodies, state administration bodies, administrations, local self-governments, as well as legal entities exercising public powers or entities whose founder is a state, about the obligation to apply the Law on State Symbols and Statehood Day, as well as the Rule book. The goal is to avoid the unintended consequences or application of the penal provisions of this Law and other regulations protecting our state symbols.
