Presentation of results of IPA project in water management

On the occasion of presenting the results of the IPA project "Strengthening the Capacities for Implementation of the Water Framework Directive in Montenegro", a press conference will be held in Podgorica on Friday, 21 February.

The project is being implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in cooperation with the European Commission, which provided a grant of EUR 1.9 million. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of water resources in Montenegro and to implement EU water directives.

The conference will be opened by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Milutin Simović.

The introductory address will be delivered by Head of the Cooperation Section at the EU Delegation to Montenegro Hermann Spitz. The final conference will be attended by members of the project team.

The conference will be held at the Hilton Hotel, starting at 11:00.
