Minister of Public Administration Suzana Pribilović urged citizens to use eGovernment services available at http://www.euprava.me/ instead of visiting public offices.

"The threat of the coronavirus outbreak has imposed new patterns of behaviour and habits on us, even when it comes to exercising your rights and needs before the public administration. For this reason, I urge you to change habits in communication with state authorities and municipalities,'' Pribilović said.

She urged citizens to use the eGovernment services of other institutions, primarily the Ministry of Health (https://www.ezdravlje.me/), the Ministry of the Interior (http://dokumenta.me/), the Tax Administration (https://eprijava.tax.gov.me/TaxisPortal), the Customs Administrations (http://info.carina.co.me), the Real Estate Administrations (www.nekretnine.co.me/me/Katastarski_podaci.asp) and others.

In order to facilitate the use of eGovernment services, the Ministry of Public Administration has opened the Info Line +382 20 237 218, which will be available to citizens from 7:00 to 15.00. Citizens can also be informed about eGovernment services via email: euprava@mju.gov.me.
