National Coordination Body recommends: Elderly and people with chronic illnesses not to leave home, Inspections to impose ban on performing activity in case of non- compliance

Podgorica, Montenegro (25 March, 2020) -- The National Coordination Body for Communicable Diseases, at last night’s session chaired by President Milutin Simović, adopted two recomendations:
To prevent the further spread of coronavirus and to protect the lives and health of citizens:
1. Elderly persons, persons with chronic diseases and persons with disabilities are urged and warned to refrain from leaving residential buildings without maximum need.
2. The inspection authorities are obliged to, in line with the Law on Inspection Supervision, in the case of violation of measures prescribed by orders for taking temporary measures to prevent introduction into the country, suppression and prevention of transmission of the novel coronavirus, impose ban on performing activity.
