Medical protective equipment and two ventilators donated by PRC arrives in Podgorica

The medical protective equipment – masks, gloves and two ventilators - donated by the People's Republic of China has been delivered to Podgorica tonight.

During the handover of the equipment, Chinese Ambassador to Montenegro Liu Jin said that the Government of the People's Republic of China hopes that this donation will help our country's citizens to successfully fight against the novel coronavirus and that the life will return to normal as soon as possible.

On behalf of the Government of Montenegro and the National Coordination Body, Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Miodrag Kankaraš thanked the People's Republic of China and the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Montenegro for the donation, noting that the Crisis Medical Staff decided to send the equipment donated today to the Special Hospital for Orthopedics, Neurosurgery and Neurology "Vaso Ćuković" in Risan.
