The National Coordination Body for Communicable Diseases will hold a session today, 4 May 2020, starting at 13:00.

Decisions made at the session will be presented to the public.

The regular press conference will be held, starting at 17:00 in the amphitheatre of the Public Health Institute, with the usual live broadcast - on Television of Montenegro, from which commercial TV stations can receive a signal - and on Youtube channel of the Government of Montenegro (Link to today's press conference: https://youtu.be/hFGM_2uzD98).

Information to the media:

Given the more favourable epidemiological situation, from this day we allow media photographers to attend and work at the press conferences. According to the assessment of the National Coordination Body, the epidemiological situation does not yet allow the presence of cameramen, since unlike journalists and photographers who can perform their duties following the rule of physical distance, cameramen by nature should be grouped in the position for recording.

The National Coordination Body will also allow cameramen to work as soon as possible, and when the epidemiological situation permits.

The media photographers should adhere to the following rules:

1. Attendance at press conferences is possible with the Government's annual accreditation or in case the photographer does not have accreditation, with daily announcement of the Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro.
2. A protective mask must be used for the whole duration of the press conference.
3. Photographers obey the physical distance rule - at least 2 meters away from every other person.
4. Interference with transmission by passing in front of cameras that record the event is prohibited.
5. As of today the journalists and the technical staff in the room will use the rows from third to higher, due to the presence of the photographers. Photographers solely can use the first two rows for different compositions of the photos. It implies the possibility to move in the upper part of the amphitheatre, behind the cameras.
6. Photographers use only the right (looking towards speakers) staircase (passage between seating areas) in the amphitheatre.
7. Photographers only use the right side for the counter plan (looking towards speakers) of the part of the amphitheatre next to the speakers, up to the spot framed by the main camera, which will be marked.

The Public Relations Service will continue to take photos of press conferences and make photographs available to the media, on its portal www.prcentar.me.
