PM Marković congratulates on Ramadan Bayram: We preserve multi – confessionalism as our fundamental value

Podgorica, Montenegro (23 May 2020) -- Prime Minister Duško Marković congratulated, on behalf of the Government and in his own name, Reis of the Islamic Community of Montenegro Rifat Fejzić and the citizens of the Islamic faith on Ramadan Bayram.

"Solidarity, trust and mutual understanding have been our strongest asset in recent months in the fight against the pandemic, which engulfed the whole world. And we had the opportunity to test the strength of these values, during our struggle for an independent, democratic and prosperous Montenegro. Keeping multi-confessionalism as our fundamental value, we realised that our differences are our advantage and our common stake for Montenegro. Therefore, with the best wishes to spend the holiday in good health - with family, friends and neighbours, I once again congratulate you on this great holiday," the congratulatory letter of Prime Minister Duško Marković reads.
