Minister Damjanović to open GEA International Conference

The International Online Conference of the University of Montenegro, GEA International (Geo Eco-Eco Agro) Conference will be held on 28 May 2020, organised by the Faculty of Philosophy (study programme Geography), Biotechnical and Architectural Faculty of the University of Montenegro.

President of the GEA Conference Scientific Committee Velibor Spalević, Rector of the University of Montenegro Danilo Nikolić, Minister of Science Sanja Damjanović, President of the GEA Conference Organising Committee Sanja Radonjić, President of the GEA Young Scientists Committee Vanja Bošković will speak at the opening.

The conference is designed to bring together and connect science, research, industry, social concepts and practices. The conference will discuss policies that can help develop environmental awareness, agricultural production, rural development, agroecology in order to achieve sustainable development goals.

Conference participants - scientists and young researchers from the region, Europe and the world - will be able to exchange ideas and results of their scientific research in geoscience, ecology, economics, rural architecture and cultural heritage of rural areas, environment, forestry and related disciplines.
