Minister Damjanović to be participant of panel entitled "IT opens new development opportunities of Montenegro"

Within the Third Package of Socio-Economic Measures, the Government of Montenegro has unequivocally recognized and positioned the need for the development of the IT sector. A significant place in the package is dedicated to increasing and improving the capacity of the IT sector, as a flywheel and catalyst for the development of Montenegrin society and economy.
The Chamber of Economy of Montenegro (PKCG) and the Association of Montenegrin Managers and their committees for IT and digital transformation are organizing a panel, with the aim of explaining the eminent guests who participated in the preparation of the Third Package to the IT community and the entire business community in Montenegro, in which way and by which programmes and activities the Government plans to help and accelerate the development of the IT sector.
The panel participants are Minister of Science Dr. Sanja Damjanović; Director General of the Directorate for Innovation and Technological Development at the Ministry of Science Branka Žižić; Director - General of the Directorate for Investments, Development of SMEs and Management of EU funds at the Ministry of Economy Radosav Babić and Executive Director of the Science and Technology Park of Montenegro Velibor Bošković. The moderator of the panel is President of the Digital Transformation Committee of the Association of Montenegrin Managers (AMM) and a member of the ICT Association Board of PKCG Vladan Tabaš.
The panel will be held on 24 August 2020, starting at 10:00, in the Chamber of Economy of Montenegro.
Respecting the epidemiological situation and the recommendations of the National Coordination Body for Communicable Diseases, the presence to the panel will be made possible online, through the ZOOM platform. You will receive an access link following the REGISTRATION.
