Is issued to Tender Documents No. 05-1/06 for construction and commissioning of High School of Medicine in Podgorica.
High School of Medicine in Podgorica
Book III (Bill of Quantity, Section Building Works and Construction Trades, A School Building without Gymnasium, Item 11 (Flooring and Floor Finishes) and Item 14 (Façade Works) originally specified:
- Item 11.004.
Floor finishes for classrooms, cabinets, library, practice rooms, reading rooms etc. by one of two possible options:
1. Thermoplastic polymer tiles (Tafic line or of a similar quality) or
2. First-class beech parquet as a higher quality option.
All works to be done in accordance with the Design detail. Selection among two possible options for floor finishes as well as decision on design and color will be made by the Promoter in agreement with the Designer.

Floor finishes for classrooms, cabinets, library, practice rooms, reading rooms etc. will be the first-class beech parquet.
Delivery and placement of the first-class oak parquet by lying parquet tiles in adhesive over the previously constructed sub-floor. The parquet tiles to be laid by a fish-bone pattern, sanded and varnished in three coatings of colorless lacquer.
All works to be done in accordance with the Design detail. Selection among two possible options for floor finishes as well as decision on design and color will be made by the Promoter in agreement with the Designer.

Façade wall finishes will be of the thermal façade system type IZOTERM, manufactured by "Prvi maj" Cacak or of a similar quality. The façade is constructed of the 5 cm thick expanded polystyrene panels by virtue of which is adhered to the wall fastened by PVC support (pin hairs), all as for the Manufacturers instructions. At the façade bottom, along total footprint of the building and in the full width of the expanded polystyrene the Z-perforated aluminum profile will be installed for the rodent protection. The building rounds as well as the entrance shall be reinforced with the façade decorative plasters of the PVC L-perforated profiles, size 30/30 mm.
Façade wall finishes will be executed pursuant to one of two options by the following method:
1. Previously prepared façade areas shall be laid with the rough cast of the cement mortar, reinforced with metal fibers, while top finishes shall be of a natural river boulders from the local borrow pits. Boulder sizes should be of merely the same diameter, approximately 5 mm.
2. Previously prepared façade areas shall be laid with the façade decorative plaster like bavalit, rofiks or of similar quality, of specified thickness, with smooth finish, in color and tune by choice of the Designer.
