In conformity with Article 18 of the Public Procurement Law hereby follows:

ADDENDUM 6

To Tender Documents No.05-1/06 for Construction and Commissioning of High School of Medicine and Bureau for Educational Services, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational Education, following questions received from the tenderers having purchased tender documents.

High School of Medicine, Podgorica

In response to a Tenderer's questions:

Architectural works
1. Please give total net area of the building of the Secondary School of Medicine (building of school, and gymnasium).

2. We would like to ask room book, with information about area of rooms and flooring types.

3. Please give information about planning area: area of green field and roads.

4. There is no specification about Electrical Services, Water and Sewage System and HVAC, Landscaping. Please give further information about these issues.

5. We have not found office appliances like telephone, PC, fax machines, printing machines in Equipment Issue. Does it mean that we do not have to deal with them?

6. If it is possible please give us expert opinion on soil mechanics.

7. Please give more information about share of concrete and iron.

8. Shall we use other type of material, instead of the mentioned trade which has same quality as in the Bill of Quantity (example Giter block Porotherm block export from Hungary)?
9. Please send us the Specification and Details of item of locksmiths and joinery works.

10. What does it mean in the concreting of reinforced-concrete stairs, together with fence (in Bill of quantity without the gymnasium, Concrete works)? Does it mean that fence made of steel, or made of concrete?

11. Quantity of steel roof construction calculated per m2 of the covering area. Please give information about weigh of steel construction. It is necessary for our works. Please send the plan of roof construction.

12. Please give the glassed area of doors in the items of part A and part B of Joinery works 09.001, 09.002, 09.003 and 08.001, 08.002

13. What type of glass does is required in wooden partitions walls in laboratory part item of 09.003.

14. We would like to ask more information about Kondor and Kema insulation materials. What kind of insulation material is HI-hidrotes- KEMA, kondor 3,4 ?

15. What is the function of PVC insulation layer? What the required thickness is it - part A and part B of Insulating works 10.002-10.011 and 09.002-09.004.?

Electrical works
16. Please give more technical information and outward form about next list:

3.1 - 19. Delivery and installation of sílumine distributive cabinet with three high input fuse PK 450/NVO 3125A
3.3 - 2. Installation of the following lights per choice of Invester:
- Ceiling light OG, for entrance
- Ceiling light, sealed 60w
- Slant sealed, 60w, lift shaft
- Slant exterior, 100 W
- Fluorescence 4x36 W
- Fluorescence 4 x 36W,S
- Fluorescence 2x18W, lightening of the blackboard
- Panic light
- Reflectors, lightening of the gymnasium MPK100/400

Water and sewage system, HVAC

17. It is hard to decide without any plans or descriptions whether the HVAC systems can operate normally or not. Please complement the bill of quantities with these documents!

18. In the case of HVAC systems, in the subdivision of Installation of radiator heating you gave the number of aluminium cast radiators in ribs. Please give us the adequate size and number of these radiors

Landscaping
19. Please give technical information about landscaping and road works.

20. Please give the details of Landscaping of 1. 2,9,10,12,13,14.


21. We would like to ask estate layout of public services.

22. Please send information about the actual capacity of public services.

23. All public services should be made according to Bill of Quantity, and do not have to deal with out of planning area. Please make a statement about it.

24. When can we get opportunity for consulting our notice related to the contract?

Please find following answers:

1. Line drawings were sent to each Tenderer having purchased tender documents on 20/03/06. Please find information on area of rooms and flooring in these documents.

2. The same as for Item 1.

3. This question will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender meeting arranged for March 27 2006.

4. Bill of Quantity, Book III specifies all items of works. The items not included in BoQ are not within the scope of this tender.

5. Along with the drawings forwarded to the tenderers having purchased tender documents on March 20 2006 we sent geo-mechanical study.

6. Final Design of High School of Medicine, Podgorica is available for review every working day from 8am to 4pm at the premises of the Directorate for Public Works.

7. Procurement of material as defined in Bill of Quantity is preferable. In case of alternative material this material shall be of better or equal properties.

8. Along with the drawings forwarded to the tenderers having purchased tender documents on March 20 2006 we sent drawings of locksmith and joinery works.
9. This question will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender meeting arranged for March 27 2006.

11. Please find glass area in the locksmith and joinery drawings.

12. This question will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender meeting arranged for March 27 2006.

13. The Bill of Quantity in some items specifies some of possible material types, with remark that the materials of similar properties and prices may be used. The same applies to this precise case. Please note, that tenderers shall adhere to the general descriptions outlined in the Bill of Quantity.

14. This question will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender meeting arranged for March 27 2006.

15. All the questions referring to electrical services, water and sewage system, HVAC and landscaping will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender meeting arranged for March 27 2006.

Bureau for Educational Services, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational Education

In response to a Tenderer's questions:

Architectural works
1. We would like to ask roombook with information about area of rooms and flooring types.

2. Please give information about the size of planning area: area of green field and roads.

3. There is no specification about Electrical Services, Water and Sewage System and HVAC. Please give further information about these issues.

4. We have not found office appliances like telephone, PC, fax machine, printing machine in Equipment Issue. Does it mean that we do not have to deal with them?

5. What do you mean about caisson AB slab?

6. We would like to ask more information about Kondor and Kema insulation materials. What kind of insulation material are these?

7. Facade glass areas are made by reflective Antisol glass. We would like to ask more information about Antisol glass.

8. We would like to ask further information about Passenger Lift size of cabin, length of stroke, type of driving.

9. If it is possible please give us expert opinion on geological survey of the planning area.

10. The space for discharging of excavation material is provided by the investor. Where this is been provided? How much EURO the Contractor have to pay for it?

11. Concrete elements should performed some paintings works or works for which it is necessary smooth base, this is written in the Specification, but this item there is not mentioned in the Bill of Quantity. Please give information about quantity.

12. What does it mean canvas reinforced concrete walls? Does it mean a slim wall or a wall which made by filament reinforced concrete?

13. What does it mean sunk panel ceilings by concrete? Is it like a lowered ceiling? Is it reinforced or not? Has it got a sub construction? Ask you more technical specification and plans.

14. Please give information how much concrete steel is in 1 m3 concrete of each type of reinforced concrete elements.

15. Shall we use other type of material, instead of the mentioned trade which has same quality as in the Bill of Quantity (example Giter block Porotherm block export from Hungary)?

16. It is necessary plastering of inner ceiling where there is suspended ceiling?

17. Please give us the accurate size of ventilation channels (Brick works - item 3.7.)

18. Please send us the Specification and Details of item of Locksmiths and Joinery works.

19. What does it mean waterproof 1,5 hours and waterproof 2 hours? Where will these doors be built in? (10-13. item)

20. Amount of structural and half structural façade is m2 282,4 and m2 523,78 , according to the item 14. Which amount does concern with structural and which with half structural façade? Please give information about the dimension of opened wings.

21. Please give information about the details of the fences.

22. Please give information about dimension of stone-marble tiles items 8.1-8.4.

23. Please give information about dimension of granite ceramics tiles item 8.5.

24. We would like to ask further information about roof gullies size and diameter (9.7 item).
25. According to sketch design there is steel roof constructions of the main entrance but it is not mentioned in Bill of Quantity. Please give more information about this construction or check the items of Bill of Quantity.

26. We have calculated the iron demand of reinforced concrete. According to our calculation this quantity is not enough. Please check the quantity.

23 Delivery and mounting at the reception the fuse boxes from AVE line (control cabinets K0-1 and K0-2) consisted of 16 modular boxes wherein 63 fuses - indicator lights are installed for control of the corridors lighting

EQUIPOTENTIAL BONDING
Delivery and mounting of the Equipotential box PS-49 in the sanitary blocks and toilets at level 0,4 m from the floor
Delivery and mounting of the under mortar conductors P/J - 6 mm2, from the protection bus bar in the closest board to the box PS-49. Average conductor length 12 m.
Delivery and mounting of the under mortar conductor P/J 4 mm2 in the pipe PT F 16 mm under the mortar and through the floor, from the box PS-49 to all metal items in the sanitary block and toilet area (washstand drainpipe, sewage pipe, water pipe etc.). Connection to the pipelines to be made with the metal clamping ring and lead support. Average conductor length by box is 16m

28. In the bill of quantity we found a large number of fan-coil units, with summer/winter function mode, but there is no liquid chiller to provide chilled water for these fan-coils. If you need such equipment, please give us its parameters!

12. This refers to the reinforced-concrete seismic wall constructed of the concrete type 30 in all as for the Bill of Quantity. Translation error.

13. This refers to the caisson reinforced concrete ceiling and not the suspended ceiling. Translation mistake.

14. Final Design for Bureau for Educational Services, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational education is available for review every working day from 8am to 4pm at the premises of the Directorate for Public Procurement.

15. Procurement of material as defined in Bill of Quantity is preferable. In case of alternative material this material shall be of better or equal properties.

17. Please find precise sizes of the ventilation channels in the delivered drawings.

19. This refers to the fire doors and not the waterproof doors. Translation mistake.

20. Questions 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender Meeting arranged for March 27 2006.

26. Book III, Tender Documents is developed based upon the reviewed Final Design; therefore the tender should be prepared in accordance with the Tender Documents.

27. All the questions referring to electrical services, water and sewage system, HVAC and landscaping will be discussed at the II Pre-Tender meeting arranged for March 27 2006.
