In accordance with Article 70 of the Public Procurement Law (OJ of the Republic of Montenegro No.40/01) Directorate for Public Works hereby announces:

DECISION ON THE SUCCESSFUL TENDER
ON LIMITED INTERNATIONAL TENDER NO 05-1/06 - LOT II
DATED 15/02/06

For the most favourable tenderer for works on construction and commissioning of Bureau for Educational Services, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational Education in Podgorica

Four tenders have been received in response to this tender

Upon the evaluation procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Public Procurement Law, the Evaluation Committee took record of major deviations in tenders submitted by:

1. HARCON ZRT Budapest
2. BAUSTAR KFT Budapest
3. GESZTELYI - Budapest

Resulting in dismissal of the two tenders here above. After identified minor and major deviations, the Evaluation Committee proceeded with forming a rank list in a descending line:

1. KESZ KFT Budapest
2. ARCADOM ZRT Budapest

The successful tenderer is KESZ KFT Budapest, with a tender price amounting to 3.211.985,82 , without VAT included.
