Government and institutions are obliged to provide specific data to everyone in accordance with Law on Free Access to Information and other regulations

Today, a request of an unauthorised person (Andrija Mandić from the Democratic Front) appeared in a large number of state bodies, requesting all databases from Montenegrin institutions to be submitted to him in two copies.
Montenegro is a country governed by the rule of law, and the Government and its institutions remain obliged to provide data and information to every interested citizen in accordance with the Law on Free Access to Information and other regulations, and only for specific data, and in the appropriate procedure.
Mr Mandić's demands and intentions, although clear, we will not comment on or react to them, but will treat them only in accordance with the positive regulations.
