In conformity with Article 18 of the Public Procurement Law hereby follows:
ADDENDUM 1
In accordance with Tender Documents and Invitation to International Tender No. 05-25/06, related to the construction and commissioning of the Primary School in the Municipality of Budva and rights of the tenderers having purchased tender documents, the Directorate for Public Works has been additionally addressed with certain questions. These questions mainly refer to the technical documents details. Favouring as much thorough preparation of tenders, the Directorate for Public Works will arrange a Pre-Tender Meeting to clarify all the raised issues. The Pre-Tender Meeting will be held at the offices of the Directorate for Public Works, at Novaka Miloseva 18, Podgorica on July 18th 2006 at 12 o'clock.
Please be informed that this Meeting will be attended by the Designer in Charge of the tendered building who will be at your disposal for all the techical matters. Additionally, please note that any tenderer wanting to attend the Pre-Tender Meeting should furnish the Power of Attorney issued by the company whose powers are delegated.
