For the most favourable tenderer for works on construction and commissioning of the Kindergarten in Podgorica

Four tenders have been received in response to this tender

Upon the evaluation procedure in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Public Procurement Law, the Evaluation Committee took record of major deviations in tender submitted by:

1. PORR Budapest

Resulting in dismissal of the tender here above. After identified minor and major deviations, the Evaluation Committee proceeded with forming a rank list in a descending line:

1. ARCADOM ZRT Budapest
2. HARCON ZRT - Budapest
3. KESZ KFT Budapest

The successful tenderer is ARCADOM KFT Budapest, with a tender price amounting to 2.193.812,72 without VAT included and with the VAT rate of 17 % equalling to 372.648, 16 making total amount of 2.566.760,88 .
