In conformity with Article 42 of Public Procurement Law (OG of Republic of Montenegro, No 46/2006) Directorate for Public Works hereby issues following:
ADDENDUM IV
To Invitation to Tender No 05-63/07 dated 15/10/07
For open procedure of public procurement for selection of the most favorable tender for Construction and Commissioning of the Primary School at Drac, Podgorica
In accordance with Article 42 of Public Procurement Law (OG of Republic of Montenegro, No 46/2006), Invitation to Tender No 05-63/07 and Tender Documents as well as Addendum II, the pre-tender meeting was held on November 15 2007 at 12 o'clock for all additional information related to construction and commissioning of the Primary School at Drac, Podgorica.
After collection of the powers of attorney and introductory notes related to the said Invitation to Tender by the Client, the questions raised were answered by the Client as follows:
