Based on Art. 35 Law for Public Procurement (Official Gazette RCG No.46/06) DIRECTORATE FOR PUBLIC WORKS, announces:
INVITATION

to open Public procurement procedure
The Public procurement will be made per sections, from section I to section II
- Section I : supply, mounting and installing the equipment, data base system for DNA profiles and the laboratory information management system, including hardware and software, supply of consumption material, reagents, kits for the Forensic DNA Laboratory in Danilovgrad.
- Section II : Supply and mounting of laboratory furniture for Forensic DNA Laboratory in Danilovgrad.
The Contractor is obliged to supply and deliver subject goods per types and in a quantity defined in tender documentation.
Public purchase will be performed as a whole, with the possibility to enforce procedure from Art.23, Point 4., Law of the Public Procurement (Official Gazette RCG No.46/06)
