Guidelines for Payroll Calculation Based on Data from Human Resources Information System (HRMIS)

We’ve prepared the Guidelines for payroll calculation based on the data from the Human Resources Information System (HRMIS). The aim of the guidelines is to facilitate the work of end users in state bodies, that is, employees who perform affairs related to the payroll calculation and staff in charge of entering the data into the HRMIS.

Payroll calculations based on the data from HRMIS would increase the degree of up-to-datedness, accuracy and quality of data inserted into the HRMIS, which would further contribute to better human resources management and the quality of reporting, having in mind they represent the basis for the preparation and adoption of strategic and systematic documents.
