Announcement: OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy on official visit to Montenegro

The OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy will pay an official visit to Montenegro on Wednesday, 20 October 2004. On that occasion, at 15:30, Mr. Passy and Montenegrin Foreign Minister Miodrag Vlahovic will open the Consulate of the Republic of Bulgaria in 10 Vukica Mitrovic Street (Gorica).

After the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Passy will have separate meetings with the State Union President Sverozar Marovic (at 16:15), Montenegrin Deputy Prime Minister Dragan Djurovic (16:55), Foreign Minister Miodrag Vlahovic (at 17:35) and President of the Republic of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic (18:15).

At 19:00, ministers Vlahovic and Passy are scheduled to sign the Protocol on Cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Montenegro and Bulgaria.

At 19:20, the two ministers will hold a joint press conference.
All meetings with the Bulgarian Foreign Minister and OSCE Chairman-in-Office as well as the signing of the Protocol on Cooperation will take place in Gorica Vila.

In order to cover the openings of the meetings, the signing of the Protocol and the press conference, journalists are required to apply for accreditation at 242 566.
