Draft Law on Drugs and Draft Law on Medical Utensils

According to the Governments Work-program, Montenegrin Ministry of Health, prepared the Draft Law on Drugs and the Draft Law on Medical Utensils.

Very soon, these documents will be sent into the legal procedure in the Governments commissions and Government itself.

The Draft Law on Drugs and the Draft Law on Medical Utensils are coordinated with the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance and with the Secretariat for Legislation.
