Minister of Health Miodrag Pavlicic had talks with Consul General of the Peoples Republic of China Liu Wenxin

Minister of Health Miodrag Pavlicic met with Consul General of the Peoples Republic of China Liu Wenxin.

The meeting featured discussion on the possibilities for cooperation between the Chinese and Montenegrin ministries of health. Consul General Wenxin expressed keen interest of Chinese authorities in organizing an educational exchange program for Chinese and Montenegrin health experts. Minister Pavlicic took the opportunity to acquaint Consul General Wenxin with the accomplishments of the Montenegrin Ministry of Health made over the past year and presented further healthcare development guidelines, particularly in view of the present reform of the primary heath care.

With the object of promoting the friendship between the Chinese and Montenegrin people, the Consul General expressed the readiness of the Chinese Government to help and support the efforts of the Montenegrin Ministry of Health. As a result of such cooperation, a Chinese group of students is due to visit Montenegrin in September.
