Minister of Finance Igor Luksic: Montenegro timely discharges debts to State Union

Audio recording of the statement issued by Montenegrin Minister of Finance Igor Luksic in response to the statement from Serbian Minister of Finance Mladjan Dinkic (issued on the occasion of presenting the 2004 budget), publish in Podgorica daily Vijesti, that Serbia would hereafter cover only the part of expenditures incurred on Serbian territory.
