Hag: Minister of Finance of Montenegro Igor Lukšić and Minister of Finance of Netherlands Wouter Bos signed Memorandum of Understanding on technical cooperation

The Ministers of Finance of Montenegro and Nederland Igor Lukšić and Vuter Bos had signed in Hague an Agreement on Technical Cooperation of Ministries of two states. Lukšić had considered with Secretary for European Affairs, Frans Timmermans application of the Agreement on Stabilization and Accession to the EU and visa options. ANA MILJANIC, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance: The Ministers of Finance of Montenegro and Nederland Igor Lukšić and Vuter Bos had signed in Hague an Agreement on Technical Cooperation of these Ministries. The agreement was achieved mostly on acceptance of mutual agreements on representation and cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank through joint election units, on importance of maintenance of close bilateral connection in all fields, but mostly in the field of technical and financial cooperation. The memorandum shall enable preserving close bilateral links in all areas, but mostly in the field of technical and financial cooperation, strengthening the functions and capabilities of the Ministry of Finance in Montenegro and generally aid the public sector in structural reforms towards the alignment with EU standards and legislation. Luksic spoke in Nederland with the State secretary for the European affairs, Mr. Frans Timmermans, considering the application of Agreement on stabilization and accession to the EU and visa options. Mr. Timmerman had offered the expert assistance in accession processes in the sense of consultations and application of different segments of the Agreement
