Contract signed on Global fund grant for environmental protection

The contract worth 4,55 million US$ for the project Integral management of the lake Skadar, has been signed by Igor Lukšić PhD, Finance minister, Jan Peter Olters, World Banks permanent consultant in Montenegro, Camille Naumah, World Banks manager in Albania and Sherefedin Sheuh, Assistant Finance minister in Albania. World bank provided the necessary resources from the Global fund for environmental protection, out of which Montenegro has been granted US$ 2,56 mil, and Albania US$ 1,99. The goal of this project is to establish and strengthen institutional mechanisms of international cooperation through common efforts aimed at improving sustainable management.
