Next year the world economic crisis will also overflow to Montenegro which has so far felt its partial effects. Fiscal policy measures focused on supporting financial sector imply the reduction of the current budget expenditures and their freezing at the level of ten percent. According to the estimates of the Ministry of Finance, the Montenegrin economic growth will, in the following year, amount to between four and five percent and in the worst scenario only two percent. The economic growth will also be impacted by the production in large enterprises such as KAP (Aluminum Company), Željezara (Steelware Company), Drvoprerada (Wood Processing), Plantaže and Montenegrin Elektroprivreda (Utility Power Company). The reduction of the burden on salaries of employees, early repayment of debt and abolishing of fees and duties related to highways and use of building land are some of the measures through which the Government is to provide support to citizens
