The Government will review a possibility to additionally subsidize 5% the electricity prices for economy. VAT taxpayers will be enabled to pay VAT in 30 days, instead of currently 8 days. Additional subsidy for electricity will cost the Government 4 million . Total amount of subsidies will be 12 million , because the Government already subsidized 10% of the electricity price. For delayed payment of VAT on import will be required bank guarantees. Since all business entities are not in possibility to provide these guarantees we are ready to accept corporative guarantee under the condition that the company issuing it for the payment of customs liabilities has the bank guarantee. Tourism and construction area will be supported and it is estimated that the psychological effect of the crises is very high. Credit lines will be aimed to these effects. This may also be the way of returning the deposits through the different way of capital. The objective is to increase competitiveness of the economy, and they must have long term effects and market oriented.
