The public consumption should be at the level of 41,3% GDP, in next three years. This years expected public consumption deficit amounted to 2,89%. In the next three years, the decrease should balance the budget. With regard to the central budget and state-owned funds budget, public consumption should be kept between 35 and 36%, and capital budget should amount to 3,5% GDP. The budget deficit corresponds to the level of capital expenditures although it should be lowered against it. In the following period, activities will be focused on amendments to the Budget Law for this year. The Government should pass the proposal in the mid of July.
