Forth Session of the Council for Business Barriers Elimination

At the forth Session of the Council for business barriers elimination, chaired by the President of the Council the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Igor Luksic, PhD., was discussed and adopted the Information on realization of conclusions from the previous Council Session, and determined future activities of the Council with the Action Plan for elimination of business barriers for the period September - December 2009, with the conclusion that by the end of the year will be prepared a medium term Action plan for elimination of business barriers. The Action plan will set activities in the area which on the basis of the proposal and initiative initiated by the business organizations, were recognized as the priority. The Council verified the establishment of operational teams for the realization of activities defined by the Action Plan with the objective of undertaking concrete measures for eliminating business barriers for individual areas. The establishment of operational teams by the end of 2009, will act within the following areas: collection of cinematographic duty, recognition of non tariff barriers in trade and customs procedures, improvement of legal framework related to the work of foreigners, etc.
