INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION

This Invitation for Prequalification follows the General Procurement Notice for this project which was published in Procurement Opportunities, on 30 November 2004.
The Public Roads Directorate, Republic of Montenegro (the Employer) intends applying the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development [the Bank] towards the cost of Rehabiliation of road and stabilisation of slopes on M2 Road Mioska-Kolasin (km 1029 to km 1041).
The Employer intends pre-qualifying firms and joint ventures to tender for the following contract to be funded from part of the proceeds of the loan:
Road M-2, Mioska-Kolasin- from Mioska km 1029 to Kolasin, km 1041.
The work will include;
-Rehabilitation of some six kilometres of road including the construction of 1 km of an additional climbing lane,
-Rehabilitation of Tunnels, new lining, new waterproofing and extension of portals, approximate total length of tunnels 1.000 m.
-Stabilisation of five slopes, height between
30 m and 50 m...
