Announcement of the Directorate for public works

According to Invitation to Tender No. 05-1/06 for construction and commissioning of High School of Medicine, Examination Centre and Centre for Vocational Education in Podgorica, the said Tender is open to all tenderers having their registered offices in the Republic of Hungary, provided the leading company has its head office in Hungary not less than 50% of the export contents shall be realized by companies registered in Hungary, while subcontractors or suppliers being Joint Venture members can be companies out of territory of Hungary.

In conformity with Article 5, Part 3 - Instructions to Tenderers, Book I, Tender Documents, each Tenderer shall submit one tender only, acting individually or as a Joint Venture partner. Any tenderer submitted or participated with more than one tender shall suffer disqualification of each and every tender in relation to this Tenderer.
