Session of the Managing Board of the Community of Municipalities in Montenegro took place

"... It is impossible at this moment to estimate the man – power surplus in local self - government and public enterprises on their territory. Social programme, whose mission is reducing the number of employees at the optimum number, will be dealt by the working group. Upon determining the surplus, the Government is willing to jointly require the loan. We intend to issue the guarantee or fully assume the obligation of provisioning and repayment of funds. Thus, municipalities would be provided with wider space for the completion of the projects providing direct benefits to the citizens and further buffering of the consequences of the crisis. By the end of the second quarter of this year, we will have draft proposal of the Law on taxation of real estate and the Law on financing local self - governments, which would enable the continuation of the local – self government and the fulfillment of the European standards ...".
