The Deputy Prime Minister Lukšić informed the Ambassador about fiscal measures undertaken by the Government of Montenegro with the objective of overcoming the consequences of the crisis. At the same time, when discussing the economic crises, the Deputy Prime Minister said that the Government in the period of the crises continued with all planned activities - privatization process, implementation of initiated investments and infrastructure – related projects, as well as that the privatization of remaining public companies will be continued. Moreover, the Ambassador was introduced with the measures aimed at decreasing public consumption, as well as with the planned reforms in the local self – government area. The Ambassador Sands expressed her satisfaction with the progress that Montenegro achieved in the recent years and expressed readiness to assist in promoting Montenegro in the international community...
