Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Mr. Igor Lukšić, PhD., visited the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade of the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg

The Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister , Mr. Igor Lukšić, PhD., and Deputy Finance Minister Mr. Milorad Katnić, M.Sc., met with the Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade of Luxemburg, Mr. Jeannot Krecke and representatives of the Employers Union of Luxemburg. The meeting was used as the opportunity to discuss the improvement of the economic cooperation between the countries, exchange of experience and opinion related to the current economic situation in the context of the future cooperation being further strengthened through the activities of the European Union’s boards. Both parties have expressed their willingness in continuing the further exchange of experience and knowledge, whereas the Government of Luxemburg is interested in providing technical assistance to Montenegrin Government in improving its business environment and private sector promotion. The interest was expressed for environmental protection projects, sustainable development, waste waters treatment in Montenegro, having in mind that companies dealing with these areas in Luxemburg have innovated technologies at their disposal.
