The Deputy Prime Minister Lukšić, emphasized that the continuation of negotiations regarding the WTO membership is one of the most important issues of the Government of Montenegro in 2010. Moreover, an important priority is to create a foundation for a healthy economy in a situation of economic and financial crisis. The Deputy Prime Minister, Lukšić briefed the Ambassador on the current activities in the field of providing financial liquidity and sustainability of public finance. He also said that the economic policy of the Government defined the elimination of business barriers and improving the business environment in the function of stimulating the business. "We want to create the environment in which investors will invest and start new business without fears". The Ambassador Mr. Indigo de Palacio Espana praised the efforts of Montenegro to the EU accession and NATO membership and briefed the Deputy Prime Minister Lukšić on the experience of the Kingdom of Spain in the Euro - Atlantic integration, as well with the interest of Spanish investors to invest in Montenegro.
