The meeting was attended by the Minister for European Integration, Ms. Gordana Djurovic, Professor and the Minister of Justice, Mr. Miras Radovic. The interlocutors noted that Montenegro has made significant progress in the process of integration into the European structure and agreed that in the forthcoming period the focus needs to be placed on significant efforts and capacity to implement high-quality and comprehensive reforms in the demanding integration path. Bearing in mind the challenges facing Montenegro in jointing the European Union, the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministers have informed the European Commissioner on the activities of the National Commission for the implementation of the Action Plan for the fight against corruption and organized crime, emphasizing that seventy percent of the planned measures and activities were implemented, and the special progress was made in judicial reform area by reduction the number of unprocessed cases and strengthening the capacity of judicial institutions. Stating that the World Trade Organization membership represents one of the key foreign-policy priorities of Montenegrin Government, the Deputy Prime Minister Lukšić presented the undertaken efforts aimed at the conclusion of a bilateral agreement with Ukraine and expressed hope that Montenegro will soon become the member of the WTO. Mr. Lukšić also emphasized Montenegrin government's commitment to further implementation of economic reforms and improving the business environment that will encourage further investments and development of Montenegrin economy ..
