Seminar “Public Internal Financial Control - (PIFC)”

In the Human Resources Management Agency on 28th May 2010 was held a seminar on “Public Internal Financial Control (PIFC)”. The seminar represents a planned activity within the EU Twinning Project “Legal Harmonization”, which is implemented by the Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. At the seminar were presented previous activities of Montenegro in the part of legal harmonization in the field of the public internal financial control of Montenegro with the acquis of the European Union and Slovenian experience in establishing and developing this system in the process of the European integration. The aim of the seminar was to introduce institutions with the role and importance of establishing a public internal financial control system (financial management and control and internal audit) , and the management of public funds and obligations of institutions in the establishment of this system in accordance with adopted regulations in this area.
