Ms. Gordana Jovanović, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance, held a lecture for children in care home “Mladost“ Bijela and their contemporaries – hosts from Mojkovac.

Within the Canoe Camp, which in the period from June 19 – 20, organized the Game Set Peace Programme, Local tourist organization of Mojkovac, with the UNDP support and the Montenegrin Olympic Committee, Ms. Gordana Jovanovic, A Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance held a lecture on Fundamentals of Communications and PR, the PR from the perspective of gender equality and profession for men or women . During the lecture the participants of the camp have received information on the communication and PR concept, the difference between the PR manager and the Spokesperson, the most common and modern PR tools, PR functions, the world’s most famous spokespersons, etc. Ms. Gordana Jovanovic informed the participants of the camp on the communications tools of the Ministry of Finance communicating with the Montenegrin public, with an emphasis on interviews, statements, blog, web site, you tube, newsletter, articles, etc. Participants of the camp were interested in education required for the position of a spokesperson, what is the importance of the internal communication and a team work in the PR profession, as well as some explanations regarding the economic and financial issues, international financial institutions, etc. The participants expressed their wish to visit in the future state institutions - the Government and ministries and to become familiar with the work and activities of these institutions. Furthermore, participants showed interest in engaging in this profession, the Spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance has informed them on the internship opportunities in the Government of Montenegro, as well as the opportunities in starting a PR programme – magazines establishment, etc. Within the workshop, aimed at informing the students on how to use and how to write the PR form - press release, participants in cooperation with the Spokesperson have written the statement that you are now reading.
