Introductory remarks of the Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister, Mr. Igor Lukšić, PhD., at the presentation of the Investment – Development Fund of Montenegro

“The Fund is eligible in supporting the number of cooperants and small project that could contribute to the development of clusters in Montenegro. The option of establishing the cooperation with the international financial institutions should be considered, such as the IFC and the EBRD, that could provide for the additional funds to the Fund. There is a possibility of entering the ownership structure of the Fund. The Fund will stabilize circumstances and initiate credit activities. Credit activities of banks are still stagnant. The newly established Fund may play an important role in insolvency overcoming...“.
