“It is a logical consequence of the economic crisis, that banks are skeptical to certain projects, implying at the same time, that in this moment, certain entrepreneurs are not ready to enter the projects. It is important to expand the projects vision, because claiming that they do not exist is misleading. This plant is a proof that there are projects and that they may be very successful. There is a certain degree of entrepreneurial culture, however not enough, and there are available funds for supporting this kind of projects, thus simply a space should be provided for. I’m very satisfied with the fact that such successful company exists in our country, which ceased its opportunity to place its products outside our market. They are the users of the KFW arrangement, for which the Government is issuing guarantee...“.
