Abazović meets with German investors
As our international partner, Germany is strategically important for Montenegro, and their investors are more than welcome to invest in Montenegro. It is very important that we return Germans to Montenegro, both investors and tourists, said Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović at a meeting with German investors led by the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Germany and investor Volker Zeh.
Honorary Consul and investor Volker Zeh pointed out the need to renew direct flights between Montenegro and Germany, which, as he pointed out, will further promote Montenegro as a tourist destination suitable for direct investments by foreign investors.
German investors have expressed great interest in investing in Montenegro, and a member of the delegation, investor Christian Wachutka, said they intend to establish companies, operate fairly and hire locally, which would contribute to further economic development of Montenegro.
German investors showed special interest in the possibility of investing in the airport in Berane.
Abazović talked with the German delegation led by Zeh about the digital and energy potentials of Montenegro, with special reference to the tourist potential of the north of Montenegro and the possibilities of investing in that part of our country.
The delegation of investors, led by the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Germany Volker Zeh, also includes Carsten Bohm, Udo Horz, Tim Horz, Axel Schmieg, Timo Schweizer, and Christian Wachutka.
