Abazović meets with Norwegian Ambassador to Montenegro

Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović met with Norwegian Ambassador to Montenegro Jørn Eugen Gjelstad. DPM Abazović said that Montenegro is a reliable NATO partner, pointing to a high-level of cooperation with Norway within the alliance, said DPM Abazović.

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the importance of reforms in the field of rule of law as a key issue in the continuation of European integration, but also the results achieved in the fight against organised crime and high-level corruption.

Abazović emphasised the importance of cooperation between Montenegro and Norway through the system of defence and security, and pointed out that our country wants to further improve relations with allies.

The two officials stated that there is significant room for improving cooperation in the field of tourism, especially health.
