Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in accordance with Law on Free Access to Information and other positive regulations managing this area, undertake activities in order to provide exercise of rights on free access to information for all interested stakeholders.

Activities that Ministry of Foreign Affairs carries out towards respect and implementation of regulations are related to:` treatment of requests for free access to information coming from non-governmental sector, individuals and legal entities; treatment of requests of public bodies that are in charge for supervision of implementation of Law on Free Access to Information; publishing of acts of various legal content important for work and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, that should be accessible to all interested parties, in accordance with Law on Free Access to Information.
