In response to information published in a CNN article on 17 October 2024 titled “CNN tried to find the makers of Trump's new 'Swiss-made' watches. We ended up at a shopping center in Wyoming”, which, among other things, mentions a lobbying firm allegedly representing the Government of Montenegro, we would like to clarify the following:

- The Government of Montenegro does not have a contract with any lobbying firm from the United States.

- Additionally, we remind that the 43rd Government had a lobbying contract with the firm Bipartisan Solutions INC. (Address: 900 19th Street NW, Washington DC, 20006), which was unlawfully concluded by the then Prime Minister, Dritan Abazović. As the public is aware, this contract was terminated upon the 44th Government's assumption of office, and the documentation was forwarded to the Special State Prosecutor's Office for further action.
