Invitation to consultations on negotiation chapters 23 and 24

In order to enhance the transparency of the negotiation process and strengthen dialogue between the Government and civil society organisations in Montenegro's EU accession process, the Ministry of European Affairs invites representatives of non-governmental organisations to consultations on negotiation Chapter 23: Judiciary and Fundamental Rights and Chapter 24: Justice, Freedom, and Security. The consultations will take place on Friday, 9 February, starting at 11:00 am at the Europe House.

Representatives of non-governmental organisations will engage in discussions with:

  • Momo Koprivica, Deputy Prime Minister for Political System, Judiciary, and Anti-Corruption
  • Predrag Zenović, Chief Negotiator
  • Jovana Mijović, State Secretary at the Ministry of the Interior and Head of Working Group 24
  • Miloš Radonjić, Chief Inspector at the Ministry of European Affairs and Deputy Head of Working Groups 23 and 24

We invite representatives of NGOs dealing with Chapters 23 and 24 to collectively discuss topics of importance for the further course of accession negotiations with the EU.
