Montenegrin delegation at the 12th meeting of the Stabilization and Association Committee in Brussels

Following the announcement of the President Fon der Leyen, the Commission, along with the Enlargement Package 2023, adopted the Communication on the new Growth Plan for the Western Balkans and proposal for reform and growth instrument on 8 November 2023.  The Growth Plan is a tool for significant acceleration of economic and social convergence of the Western Balkans with the EU, contributing the acceleration of the accession process. As part of the Growth Plan, every Western Balkan partner will be invited to prepare Reform Agenda based on the existing recommendations, including previous economic and reform programmes, enlargement package and existing political dialogues.   

The meeting will be held in Brussels, on 28 November 2023. Montenegrin delegation will be led by the Minister of European Affairs Maida Gorčević and Minister of Finance Novica Vuković. The Minister of Energy and Mining, prof. Saša Mujović, PhD, Minister of Economic Development Nik Gjeloshaj, as well as Bojana Bošković, State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Bojan Božović, State Secretary in the Ministry of European Affairs and Milena Milović, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Economic Policy, will also be in the delegation.
