PM Abazović's message on International Children's Day

The Council for the Rights of the Child will be raised to the prime-ministerial level for the first time in the political history of Montenegro, thus sending a clear message that the 43rd Government of Montenegro focuses on the protection and rights of children, as an area that transcends all political differences and issues, said Prime Minister Dritan Abazović on the occasion of the International Children's Day.

Prime Minister Abazović pointed out that the Government will implement comprehensive reforms of social and child protection system and improve social inclusion of vulnerable groups, in accordance with international standards, aimed at improving interdepartmental cooperation and increasing budget allocation for the realization of children's rights, improving accessibility and quality of social and health care and education for all children, as well as preventing all forms of violence against children and  improving the implementation of special measures for the protection of children.

We continue to work even harder - for the children of Montenegro, said Prime Minister Abazović.
