PM Krivokapić: Citizens of Nikšić should defend peace and preserve freedom achieved on 30 August

Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić addressed the citizens of Nikšić on the occasion of the local elections in that city. We publish his message in its entirety:

"Dear citizens of Nikšić,

Elections are being held in your and my hometown on Sunday. I invite you to respect all the prescribed measures, to respect each other and the day which is a holiday of democracy, to go to the polls and, of your own free will, vote for the best option without any pressure. Of course, in order to preserve the freedom achieved on 30 August. That freedom has no alternative. Peace, which is the basic characteristic of the functioning of the city of Nikšić, is something we cannot live without. Therefore, don't let anyone turn these elections into a political market. Please, vote for the best, top quality, the most honest ones and those who will not let you down and who will return Nikšić to its former glory. This is a day to remember, but on Monday after the elections, we will meet each other and let's not meet with our head down," Krivokapić said.
