PM Krivokapić meets with Ambassador of Jordan Ahed Sweidat

Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić met today with the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Montenegro, H. E. Ahed Sweidat.

Prime Minister Krivokapić expressed satisfaction with the meeting with Ambassador Sweidat, emphasising that there is room for economic cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Sweidat congratulated Prime Minister Krivokapić on the achievements of the new Government and wished him success in his further work. The Ambassador assessed that the economic relations between the two countries have not yet reached the level of excellent political relations, and in that sense it is necessary to establish more intensive economic cooperation between Montenegro and Jordan.

Prime Minister Krivokapić emphasised that, in addition to synergies in the tourism industry, the two countries can also cooperate in the field of food production. In that context, Ambassador Sweidat suggested organising a meeting of the Montenegrin and Jordanian business communities as soon as possible.
